In the original post, I was incorrect in my assessment of the two plugins. “Anthology” offers a collection of classic Rhodes models with a simpler interface, while “V8 Pro” focuses on providing a highly customizable, detailed recreation of a single, specific Rhodes model (the MK8) with extensive sound shaping options. They’re two completely different options—both great in their own way.
Because I bought the V8 Pro, Rhodes offered me a copy of Anthology for $49.95. For that price I couldn’t turn it down. And although I’ve only played around with it a bit, I can tell you that it’s amazing. It’s definitely the one people here would find most useful and enjoyable.
