Hello friends. As part of a presentation on Brazilian music I often do, here is a PDF of “Ginga” (pronounced “jeen-ga”), which is the word describing a syncopated way of walking dancing and playing. I tried to articulate the basic elements of what constitutes the core of several Brazilian grooves.
