If you’re interested in the Bossa piano grooves, give a listen to this 1966 album Balançando com Milton Banana Trio (Swinging with Milton Banana Trio). Milton Banana is the drummer who created the first bossa beats, playing on Joāo Gilberto’s 1958 Chega de Saudade–considered to be the first bossa nova album recorded. Cido Bianchi is the pianist.
