Don’t want to be overplaying a tune, but this version of Jobim’s “Fotografía” really excited me and I wanted to share. This is from the album Duo released in 2003 by Cesar Camargo Mariano (p) and Romero Lubamba (g).
Mariano’s touch, rhythms, and voicings are like a masterclass. Forgive the repetition and enjoy!
