At first it was my intention to transcribe and play the trio version of the tune. As mentioned earlier splitting into different stems by stemroller would not deliver a suitable result. So I had to change plans converting my transcription into a piano arrangement. The deep study of the tune reveals to me that Bill Evans was using primarily chord tones, a lot of sus-chords, some altered chords and descending chromatic harmony. Sometimes it was quite difficult to figure out what tones he was playing because of low volume oder tempo in the recording. That´s why my rendition will be unprecise here and there.
