Date T.B.C - New Orleans Blues Workshop with Jon
This will likely take place on Wednesday April 20th - TBC.
April 27th - âMonkey Barsâ Harmonic Exercises with Jovino
Monkey Bars is the name given to the musical practice of alternating chord changes with melodic development. It can be described as follows:
- You play a chord of any type in any key, and then a short melody of 3 or 4 notes over it.
- You stop at the last note and pick another chord that will harmonize that note, not necessarily in a diatonic relationship with the first chord.
Join the seminar to take part in the monkey bars exercises and drills.
